Lactating blood after booster

My Aunts daughter-in-law, a 57-year-old teacher told me her 3-jab story a couple days ago. 1st jab of Pfizer and she was bedridden for a couple of weeks. 2nd jab she had quarter-sized blood welts, dozens of them across her chest and neck. Couple months later required to booster and this time a day later she was lactating blood out of her right breast profusely. Went to emergency care. Dr said it couldn’t be the vax, of course, ran a few tests and said nothing wrong (!!!). Come back in 2-3 months. She looks ashen and has aged considerably. She is tired all the time.
