Forced to face further injury

My friend, retired 65 years old living in Toronto, got her first jab and fell ill with a serious case of shingles that put her out for weeks. Now that she’s partly recovered, she wants to forego any more jabs. BUT she’s being told she cannot opt out with a medical exemption (!), This has caused her tremendous stress and anxiety requiring counselling, psychiatric medication and possible inpatient treatment.
