On May 29/2021 My brother Jaroslaw Melchior took his first Moderna shot his family Dr.Vanda Phillips was the one That gave him the injection He got sick the very next day he told me he could not breathe propearly That He had to sleep Setting up, I ask him if he went back to his doctor and he said yes she told him probably because He already had Covid 19 That’s why he Yes not feeling so good but she told him when he gets the next shot it’ll be better. 2 days before my brother passed away he said to me I don’t think I’m going to take a second shot I never felt so horrible in my life 2 days before my brother passed away he said to me I don’t think I’m going to take a second shot I never felt so horrible in my life. The 1st examiner that came to his home said he had a blood clot between his heart and his lungs. Later on when I was talking to her the examiner I asked her if it could be from the indextion she told me she was gonna call his doctor and get back to me after tdad they didn’t want much to do with me. On his final death report it just said he had a heart attack. I have a very hard time believing It because hes bedroom floor was full of blood A heart attack does not look like this It looked to me like he bled out. Thank you for listening to me Dorota.
